>> December 6,
2024
First-year, second-year and
third-year nursing students of the
College of Nursing and Health Sciences
participated in the project to
strengthen the mental health for the
academic year 2024, with Assistant
Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn
Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut
Songkhram Campus, assigning Assistant
Professor Dr. Peerada Damaphong, Deputy
Dean for Student Affairs, College of
Allied Health Sciences, as the project
chairman.
>> The purpose of
organizing this project is to provide
students with knowledge and
understanding, to be able to cope with
stress and solve problems in the right
way, and to realize the importance of
good mental health for students who have
to live their daily lives, both in work
and study. There may be things that
affect the mind. If not properly cared
for, it may lead to depression and a
reduced sense of self-worth, making them
feel hopeless, isolating themselves from
society, resulting in severe mental
disorders and potentially
life-threatening. We were honored by Ms.
Benyapha Samlak, an expert clinical
psychologist. and Ms. Warisa Singhalawa,
a social worker at the Mental Health
Center 5, Samut Songkhram Province, was
a speaker on this
occasion.
>> The activity was held at the 100-seat meeting room, 5th floor, Phdung Chiva Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
