Phasara and Lecturer Nonglak Kaewthong,
divided into groups to lecture and
demonstrate the measurement of sodium in
food using a salt meter (Chem Meter)
from 3 food samples to find out how much
salt or sodium is in that food to help
reduce salt consumption in food and to
be aware of the dangers of eating salty
food that will affect the internal
organs of the body because food with
very high sodium is the main cause of
various diseases such as heart and blood
vessel disease, diabetes, high blood
pressure and acute kidney
failure.
