The College of Nursing
and Health organized the opening
ceremony of the 130-hour training course
for elderly care operators or dependent
persons.
Assistant Professor Dr.
Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of
Nursing and Health, assigned Assistant
Professor Kanchana Siricharoenwong,
Deputy Dean for Administration, to chair
the opening ceremony.
In the
opening ceremony, Dr. Nopphaphon
Mangthuek, a lecturer at the College of
Nursing and Health, gave a
report.
This training program was
also honored by special
speakers
>> Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Manoch Leetochavalit, former director of
the Bangkok Medical College and Vajira
Hospital, Medical Department, Bangkok,
Deputy Permanent Secretary of Bangkok,
and a member of the Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University Council, gave a
lecture on the topic of Attitudes
towards the Elderly, along with Mr.
Amnat Chaengsawang, a sports medicine
specialist at Vichaiyut Hospital.
International Om Noi as a lecturer to
provide knowledge on the topic of
appropriate exercise for the elderly.
The faculty members of the college and
external lecturers who are experts in
caring for the elderly joined the
lecture and exchanged knowledge
throughout the intensive training
period. This project focuses on
enhancing knowledge, understanding, and
skills in caring for the elderly in a
comprehensive manner so that trainees
can apply their knowledge to their work
and effectively respond to the needs of
