Training project “Simulation-Based Learning: SBL” for nursing and public health educators


     The College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University organized a workshop on “Simulation-Based Learning: SBL” on 26-27 June 2025 at the Phdung Chiva Building, Samut Songkhram Campus. The objective is to develop the potential of lecturers to organize SBL teaching more effectively, in line with the current rapidly changing health situation.
       The opening ceremony was held on 26 June 2025, with Assistant Professor Dr. Tassanee Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, as the chairman of the opening ceremony. The activities included lectures, such as Introduction to Simulation in Healthcare, How to Integrate SBL into Nursing, Facilitation and Debriefing Skills, Assessment and Evaluation in Simulation, and Scenario Template Understanding, as well as workshops on simulation design and Alpha and Beta Test learning to enhance skills and practice.

This training was honored by the expert speakers, including:
>> Asst. Prof. Dr. Nikorn Chanpilom, Deputy Director of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Phrae
>> Assoc. Prof. Naphasanan Suphachotthanakul, Academy Director, Sim Tech Academy
>> Assoc. Prof. Natrudee Sributta, Nursing Lecturer, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Phrae
Participants included executives, lecturers, and staff from the College of Nursing and Health, who received in-depth knowledge, understanding, and skills in teaching and learning with SBL.
        The objective was to develop the potential of nursing lecturers in teaching and learning using simulation-based learning so that they could apply it in teaching and learning to improve the quality of graduates to be ready to be professional nurses effectively in the future.
