Preparation practices before donating
blood ✨
✨ 1-2 days before the blood
donation day, you should drink plenty of
water to refresh your body and improve
blood circulation.
✨ You should eat a
meal about 4 hours before donating
blood.
✨ You should get at least 6
hours of sleep before donating
blood.
❌ Avoid drinking alcoholic
beverages before donating blood.
❌
You should not play sports or exercise
that requires a lot of sweat 1 day
before donating blood.
❤️ Students
who wish to donate blood can choose to
receive
✨ 3 activity hours or
✨ 5
volunteer hours from the Student Loan
Fund.
