
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences held a Bai Sri Su Kwan Ceremony for Academic Year 2025.
On August 14, 2025, from
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the College of
Nursing and Health Sciences, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, held a Bai
Sri Su Kwan Ceremony for Academic Year
2025 to boost the morale and encourage
first-year nursing students and warmly
welcome them into the College of Nursing
and Health Sciences family.
The
ceremony was presided over by Assistant
Professor Dr. Tasanee Attaras, Dean of
the College of Nursing and Health
Sciences, along with administrators,
faculty, staff, and nursing students
from all years of study. The event
created an atmosphere of love,
connection, and unity.
Activities
included an introduction to the origins
of the Bai Sri Su Kwan Ceremony, a Bai
Sri tree parade by representatives of
first- to fourth-year students, a dance
performance, a Bai Sri Su Kwan ceremony,
and a wrist-tying ceremony by
administrators and faculty to bring good
fortune to the beginning of nursing
studies.
This project was organized
by the Student Union of the College of
Nursing and Health Sciences under the
supervision of Assistant Professor Dr.
Rangsan Marapen, Deputy Dean for Student
Affairs, aimed to foster pride in the
nursing profession, preserve Thai
culture and wisdom, and foster the
nursing spirit among new generations of
students.
The event was held at the
Benchasiladon Auditorium (500-seat
auditorium), 2nd floor, Srisunandha
Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
