College of Nursing and Health Personnel Participated in a Workshop on Writing a Workload Framework for the Year 2025
On August 21, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attaras, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Personnel, assigned staff to participate in the workshop "Writing a Workload Framework for Personnel at the Samut Songkhram Campus" for the year 2025. The workshop took place in the Computer Lab, College of Nursing and Health Personnel Building, Samut Songkhram Campus. Assistant Professor Dr. Pharm. Pharm. Pharm. Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, presided over the opening ceremony.
Mr. Chamni Nilarun, Human Resources Specialist, and Ms. Busara Srikranok, Director of the Human Resources Division, were invited as speakers.
This activity focused on providing staff with knowledge and understanding of the guidelines for developing a workload framework in accordance with university guidelines. The workshop included lectures and workshops on analyzing the roles, responsibilities, and tasks of the organization, as well as developing individual workload frameworks. The workshop also included presentations of draft workload frameworks to receive feedback from the speakers.
The objective of this training was to enhance staff's capacity to develop workload frameworks that align with their roles and responsibilities. and the agency's mission, which will lead to the development of efficient and sustainable operations
