"The College of
Nursing and Health would like to commend
nursing students for their
deeds."
On September 9,
2015, an incident truly reflected the
value of nursing. Mr. Nitakwa Maleh and
Mr. Netiwut Chokchai, fourth-year
nursing students at the College of
Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, assisted an elderly
woman who had collapsed in front of Soi
Wong Sawang 13, Wong Sawang Road, Wong
Sawang Subdistrict, Bang Sue District,
Bangkok.
The two students immediately
assessed her level of consciousness,
took basic vital signs, and performed a
rapid blood sugar test. They applied
their knowledge from the PMC course on
primary care to assess her condition and
provide appropriate treatment before
referring her for further medical
treatment.
The College of Nursing and
Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, would like to express its
appreciation for the sacrifice and
volunteerism of Mr. Nitakwa Maleh and
Mr. Netiwut Chokchai. They demonstrated
morality, responsibility, and the
application of the nursing profession to
benefit humanity. They serve as
excellent examples for society and
fellow students, inspiring them to
become truly "nurses with a human
heart."
