Rajabhat University organized the
"SSRU Smart Start" orientation
program for new staff in 2025 from
November 17-18, 2025, to enhance
knowledge and understanding of roles and
responsibilities, as well as foster a
positive attitude for effective
employment within Suan Sunandha.
On
November 17, 2025, the project opened
with a special lecture titled
"Adjusting Your Work Paradigm for
Success." Associate Professor Dr.
Khomsan Somanawat, Vice President for
Administration, provided inspiration and
insights into adapting to professional
work practices. The "Smart Start
Connection" ice-breaking activity
was also held to promote love,
organizational commitment, and build
relationships among new staff. Dr.
Jiranuwat Kampliu, Lecturer in the
Department of Recreation, Faculty of
Physical Education, Srinakharinwirot
University, also gave a lecture titled
"On November 18, 2025,"
"A New Step in the World of Work
with Suan Sunandha" by Associate
Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdwichai,
President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University Council.
Following this
was a lecture on "Know Your Role,
Know Your Responsibilities, Because We
Are Suan Sunandha" by Associate
Professor Dr. Chutikan Sriwiboon,
President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University.
Furthermore, there was a
group discussion to learn about
personnel advancement paths.
