
The College of
Nursing and Health Sciences held an
intensive training workshop on
"Early Childhood Care," Batch
2, to enhance the professional skills of
childcare providers under the project
"Developing the Potential of
Teachers/Early Childhood Caregivers,
Batch 2," supported by the Ministry
of Higher Education, Science, Research
and Innovation (MHESI), at the Samut
Songkhram
campus.

On
December 14, 2025, the College of
Nursing and Health Sciences organized a
workshop on early childhood care to
enhance the knowledge and skills
necessary for those working in
childcare. The training was divided into
groups:
Morning session >>
Practical training on "Sponging to
reduce fever and feeding children,"
followed by a lunch break.
Afternoon
session >> Practical training on
"Preparing tools and equipment for
early childhood children" to
promote in-depth learning and widespread
participation. The training was led by
expert faculty members
including:
• Assistant Professor
Ariya Deeprasert, Deputy Dean for
Research and Academic Services, along
with
• Ms. Supawadee
Lertsamran,
• Dr. Suphalak
Polpitak,
• Dr. Sirikarn
Dechworakun, and
• Ms. Methipa
Punjarern.
This activity focused on
hands-on learning to develop the
capabilities of childcare providers and
related personnel, equipping them with
the knowledge to correctly, safely, and
effectively care for young children.
This will ultimately benefit the
children's long-term development and
quality of life.
