a briefing meeting on the core duties
and workload of academic support
personnel.

On January 15,
2025, Assistant Professor Dr.Tasanee
Attaros, Dean of the College of Nursing
and Health, presided over the meeting,
together with the executive team and
staff members. The meeting aimed to
establish a clear and shared
understanding of roles,
responsibilities, and operational
guidelines, ensuring alignment with the
college’s mission and
goals.
The objectives of the
meeting were to review and define
appropriate job descriptions for
academic support personnel in accordance
with the unit’s responsibilities,
as well as to provide a forum for
exchanging opinions, suggestions, and
discussing challenges encountered in
work practices. These efforts are
intended to enhance work efficiency and
strengthen support for the
college’s missions in teaching and
learning, research, and academic
services.
In this regard, the
College of Nursing and Health aspires
for academic support personnel to have a
clear understanding of their roles and
responsibilities, to perform their
duties systematically, to foster
collaboration, and to collectively drive
the development of the college in
accordance with its established vision
and strategic plans.
