
The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a personnel development project aimed at fostering a positive organizational culture and strengthening team empowerment for sustainable growth.

Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharos, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on the topic, “Policies and Directions of the College of Nursing and Health.” The lecture aimed to build shared understanding of the college’s goals, vision, and core values.
The project was held from February 26–28, 2026, at Talay Hotel and Villa, Phetchaburi Province. Executives, faculty members, and supporting staff participated actively and in full attendance.
The college was honored to have Ajarn Udom Wonghom as the keynote speaker. Throughout the three-day program, participants engaged in lectures and group activities such as mindset adjustment, relationship development, group empowerment, strengthening trust in collaboration, principles of teamwork, team building activities, teamwork rally, as well as knowledge-sharing sessions and experience reflections. These activities were designed to enhance mutual understanding and improve collaborative work efficiency.
The project aims to foster high levels of satisfaction and organizational engagement among participants, enabling them to apply the knowledge and experiences gained to their professional practice. Ultimately, it seeks to create a working environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and happiness—serving as a strong foundation for driving the organization toward excellence and sustainable success.
