
Enhancing Human Resource Potential! College of Nursing Organizes Training on Competency Assessment and Individual Development Plans

The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a workshop on Competency Assessment and the preparation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) to strengthen knowledge and skills in personnel management and capacity development, aligning them with the organization’s goals.
The training was held from March 12–14, 2026, at Mida Grand Dvaravati Hotel, Nakhon Pathom Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Tassanee Attharos, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health. The event was attended by administrators, faculty members, and staff.
The workshop was honored to have Assistant Professor (Special) Dr. Nontawat Sukphon as the guest speaker, who shared knowledge on the concepts, principles, and processes of competency assessment, as well as guidelines for developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs). These insights aim to help participants apply the knowledge in developing both their own potential and that of their respective units in a practical and effective manner.
The training emphasized hands-on learning, providing participants with opportunities to exchange experiences, analyze case studies, and practice developing competency assessment tools and Individual Development Plans. The program aims to further enhance the effectiveness of the organization’s human resource management.
