“Graduation Orientation” to
Prepare Graduates for the AI-Era Working
World

The College
of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, held the
“Preparing Students for Employment
in Leading Organizations (Graduation
Orientation)” project from March
17-18, 2026, at Beyond Suites Hotel,
Bangkok, to prepare 116 fourth-year
nursing students before they enter the
nursing profession.
The event
included an opening ceremony and
congratulatory remarks by Assistant
Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of
the College of Nursing and Health, along
with the presentation of outstanding
alumni awards and a lecture on the topic
“The Next Steps for the Thai
Nursing Profession in the Digital
Age.” There was also a panel
discussion sharing experiences from
alumni and training on Service Mind in
the AI era.
In addition, various
hospitals provided career guidance,
building confidence and adaptability
skills for students in real-world work
situations.
The project aimed to make
students aware of their professional
roles and responsibilities, enable them
to confidently adapt to new
environments, and prepare them to become
high-quality nurses in the
future.
