Suan Sunandha University organizes “Social Engineer” training to cultivate student leaders and enhance soft skills for modern leadership.

The College of Nursing and Health Sciences, under the direction of Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, assigned Assistant Professor Dr. Rangsan Maraphen, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, along with Ms. Jiraporn Paisalpisuthisin and students from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, to participate in a workshop to enhance and develop “Social Engineer” skills for student leaders in the academic year 2025, held from March 17-20, 2026, at Ingthara Resort, Nakhon Nayok Province.The training aimed to develop essential soft skills for leadership, such as analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, through practical activities and learning various social engineering tools, such as data analysis, questioning, and self-understanding and understanding others.In addition, participants collaborated on developing student development activity plans and guidelines for creative freshman orientation, to be applied at the faculty and college levels.The project aims to develop the potential of student leaders to be well-rounded, capable of driving activities and creating a quality university society in the future.
