The
College of Nursing and Health, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, held a
faculty development project on
curriculum implementation based on the
Constructive Alignment concept from
March 28-29, 2026, at the Coco View
Hotel in Samut Songkhram Province.
Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee
Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing
and Health, presided over the opening
ceremony.
The objective of this
project was to enhance faculty
knowledge, understanding, and skills in
designing and implementing curricula
that align with learning outcomes, using
the Constructive Alignment concept. This
is a key approach to improving the
quality of teaching and learning, making
it more effective and relevant to
21st-century learners.
Assistant
Professor Dr. Satreerat Thadakarn, Head
of the Maternal-Child Nursing and
Midwifery Department, Ramathibodi School
of Nursing, served as a guest speaker,
sharing her experience and providing
practical guidance to the
participants.
This project marks
another significant step in developing
the potential of academic staff to
improve curriculum quality and produce
highly competent nursing graduates who
meet professional standards and the
future needs of society.
