faculty, elevating nursing teaching and
assessment to a unified
standard.

The
College of Nursing and Health Sciences,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University,
organized the project “Enhancing
the Capabilities of Clinical Teaching
Faculty and Developing Assessment Models
for Nursing Practice Courses” from
March 30, 2026 and April 3, 2026 at the
Royal River Hotel, Bangkok. Assistant
Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of
the College of Nursing and Health
Sciences, presided over the event, with
administrators, faculty, and staff
participating.
The project aimed to
strengthen the competence in clinical
teaching and learning management, and to
develop an assessment system for nursing
practice courses that aligns with
learning outcomes at both the course and
curriculum levels. It also aimed to
raise the standard of assessment to be
accurate, fair, and reliable. Assistant
Professor Dr. Jiroj Suraphan served as a
distinguished speaker, sharing his
knowledge.
The project included
lectures and knowledge sharing on key
issues such as the concepts and roles of
clinical teaching faculty, effective
teaching design, feedback and reflection
on learning outcomes, and principles and
factors affecting the quality of
clinical assessment. Distinguished
speakers shared their expertise
throughout the project.
This project
marks another significant step in
improving the quality of nursing
education, aiming to produce highly
competent nursing graduates who meet the
needs of the healthcare system and align
with the principles of outcome-based
education in a tangible
way.
