
The College of Nursing and Health participated in a training course on "Using Statistics in Research for Young Researchers," enhancing research potential to international standards.

On
April 23-24, 2026, faculty members from
the College of Nursing and Health, led
by Assistant Professor Ariya Deeprasert,
Deputy Dean for Research and Academic
Services, along with other faculty
members from the College of Nursing and
Health, participated in a training
course organized by the Research and
Development Institute, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University. The aim was to
strengthen knowledge and skills in
statistics, a crucial tool for improving
the quality and credibility of research
and achieving international
standards.
Assistant Professor Dr.
Morakot Worachairungruang, Director of
the Research and Development Institute,
presided over the opening ceremony. The
event also featured Associate Professor
Dr. Yothin Saengdee from the Institute
for Population and Social Research,
Mahidol University, and experts from the
Research and Development Institute, who
provided intensive training covering
basic statistics, selecting appropriate
statistics for research, data quality
assurance, and advanced analysis
techniques. To enable participants to
apply the knowledge effectively, the
workshop was held in Chokaeo Meeting
Room, 5th floor, Building 31.
This
project aligns with the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) in the areas of
quality education (SDG 4), promoting
innovation and infrastructure (SDG 9),
and partnerships for sustainable
development (SDG 17), reflecting the
university's commitment to
continuously developing the potential of
researchers and elevating the quality of
research to international standards.
