* Mr. Sirawit Lampo, a second-year nursing student in the Bachelor of Nursing Science program

The program aims to enhance learning experiences in leadership, teamwork, and creative social development.

The Rajabhat Young Leadership Program 2026 has the important objective of developing the potential of youth leaders, promoting knowledge exchange among students from all regions, and instilling the “social engineer” mindset so that participants can apply their knowledge and skills to concretely develop their own communities and local areas.

The program is being held from May 11–15, 2026, focusing on strengthening modern leadership with public-mindedness, social responsibility, and the ability to work creatively with others. Through learning activities, experience sharing, and network building among student leaders from all 38 Rajabhat Universities nationwide, the program seeks to prepare Rajabhat youth to become an important driving force in the sustainable development of local communities and Thai society in the future.
