The College of Nursing and
Health Sciences prepares nursing
students for national and international
competitions.
The
College of Nursing and Health Sciences,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, is
organizing a project to develop the
potential of nursing students towards
academic excellence and professional
skills in national and international
competitions. Led by faculty members
from the College of Nursing and Health
Sciences, the project aims to prepare
nursing students for academic and
professional skills competitions at
national and international levels
through diverse and intensive learning
activities.
The project includes
“The 1st Nursing Quiz: Mental
Health,” focusing on practicing
English vocabulary related to
psychiatry, analyzing scenarios of
psychiatric patient care, and practicing
nursing practice skills in psychiatric
patient care. This enhances
students' knowledge, understanding,
and professional analytical
thinking.
In addition, there is
“The 2nd Nursing English Skill
Contest,” which aims to develop
nursing English skills through creative
learning activities. These include
spelling and pronunciation practice of
frequently used nursing terminology,
practicing vocabulary definitions,
developing nursing quizzes (Nursing Quiz
Bee Skills), and nursing crossword
puzzles, including vocabulary exercises,
timed competitions, and answer checking
with explanations. To enhance learning
and develop comprehensive English
language skills,
this event reflects
the College of Nursing and Health
Sciences' commitment to developing
nursing students who are academically
prepared, possess English language
skills, and professional skills,
enabling them to effectively apply their
knowledge in patient care and proudly
compete at national and international
levels.
