College of Nursing and Health
Sciences Prepares Students for National
Stage: Participating in The 2nd Nursing
English Skill Contest
On
May 23, 2026, the College of Nursing and
Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, continued its efforts to
develop the potential of nursing
students towards academic excellence and
professional skills under the project
“Developing the Potential of
Nursing Students towards Academic
Excellence and Professional Skills in
National and International
Competitions,” led by Dr.
Laksawirul Chotisiri and Mr. Jay Cammer
Caballes Nayuma. This aims to prepare
students to have strong English language
skills in nursing and to confidently
compete in national academic
competitions.
In this regard,
students participated in “The 2nd
Nursing English Skill Contest.”
This activity provided nursing students
with the opportunity to showcase their
abilities in English, professional
communication, and the application of
nursing knowledge in various
situations.
Participation in this
competition is another important
platform for promoting students'
development of analytical thinking
skills, problem-solving skills,
teamwork, and the use of English for
professional nursing
communication—important skills for
becoming internationally recognized
professional nurses. It also reflects
the commitment of the College of Nursing
and Health Sciences to raising the
quality of students to be ready for
competition and effective future
work.
