
The College of Nursing and
Health Sciences organized a training
workshop to enhance faculty capabilities
in measurement and evaluation of nursing
learning.
The College of
Nursing and Health Sciences, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, held a
workshop entitled "Developing
Faculty Capabilities in Measurement and
Evaluation of Nursing Learning"
from June 4-5, 2025, at SD Avenue Hotel,
Bangkok. The aim was to strengthen
knowledge and develop skills in
measurement and evaluation of learning
for nursing faculty, enabling them to
design effective evaluation processes
that align with nursing education
standards.
Assistant Professor Dr.
Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of
Nursing and Health Sciences, presided
over the opening ceremony, welcoming
participants and emphasizing the
importance of faculty capability
development in measurement and
evaluation of learning, a key mechanism
for improving the quality of nursing
education.
The event featured
presentations by distinguished speakers,
Assistant Professor Dr. Parichat Tano
and Assistant Professor Dr. Sumitta
Sawangtuk, who shared knowledge and
experiences on key topics such as
concepts of educational measurement and
evaluation and methods of comprehensive
measurement and evaluation. The project
covers the application of Bloom's
Taxonomy, techniques for designing both
multiple-choice and essay questions, the
creation of test blueprints, and the
analysis of individual and overall test
results.
