Development
Training
On June 9,
2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee
Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing
and Health Sciences, along with the
executive team, participated in a
training program on “Understanding
Organizational Management with
OKRs.” The aim was to enhance
knowledge, understanding, and skills in
setting strategic goals, monitoring
performance, and applying the Objective
and Key Results (OKRs) concept to
effectively manage and drive the
organization towards achieving its
goals.
Associate Professor Dr.
Chutikarn Srivibul, President of Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided
over the opening ceremony and delivered
a special lecture by Dr. Wichai
Limpitikranon, an expert in
organizational management. Dr.
Limpitikranon shared key knowledge,
concepts, and practices regarding
objective setting, key results
definition, outcome monitoring, and the
effective use of OKRs as a tool for
achieving tangible results in
organizational management.
The
training was attended by executives and
OKR Champions from various departments
of the university, fostering knowledge
exchange and enhancing capabilities in
modern organizational management. This
will lead to an improvement in the
overall operational efficiency of the
agency and the university.
The
project was organized by the Policy and
Planning Division, Office of the
President, at the Sunanthanusorn
Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, with the aim of enabling
participants to apply the knowledge and
management approaches of OKRs to
planning, monitoring, and driving the
organization towards its goals
effectively.
