
The College of Nursing and
Health welcomes the Nursing Council
Committee for an evaluation of the
educational institution, aiming to
improve the quality of nursing graduate
production.
The College
of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, welcomed the
visiting committee from the Nursing
Council for an educational institution
evaluation visit on June 17-18, 2026, at
the College of Nursing and Health, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University.
The
visiting and evaluation committee from
the Nursing Council consisted of
Associate Professor Dr. Somjai
Phutthapithakphol, Chairperson;
Assistant Professor Dr. Tipa
Torsakulkaew, Committee Member; and
Associate Professor Dr. Hathaichanok
Buacharern, Committee Member and
Secretary. Associate Professor Dr.
Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for
Planning and Quality Assurance, along
with Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn
Thong, Vice President of Samut Songkhram
Campus, administrators, faculty, and
staff, welcomed the committee.
The
purpose of this visit was to evaluate
the quality and readiness of the
institution in managing nursing
education programs. The visit began with
a presentation of the college's
operational results, an explanation of
the visit's objectives, and
interviews with administrators, faculty,
students, alumni, employers of
graduates, and support staff. The
committee also reviewed relevant
documents, information systems, and data
sources.
In addition, the committee
visited nursing laboratories, the
library, computer rooms, classrooms, and
the offices of administrators and
faculty to assess the environment and
resources that support comprehensive
teaching and learning.
On the second
day of the visit, the committee visited
student practice sites in both hospitals
and communities, and gathered additional
information before concluding the visit
and presenting recommendations for
improving the quality of education at
the college.
This evaluation visit
reflects the commitment of the College
of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, to developing the
quality of education according to
professional standards and to upgrade
the production of high-quality nursing
graduates who are competent and ready to
meet the needs of the health system and
society sustainably.
