Stepping into the Modern Nursing Era: Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's College of Nursing Organizes English Camp to Develop Global Skills
The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized an English Communication Skills Training Program (English Camp) for second-year Bachelor of Nursing students to develop their English communication skills in the profession, build confidence in communicating with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams, and prepare them for clinical practice and professional practice in an international healthcare context.
The project focused on active learning and simulated situations similar to real-world work, providing students with opportunities to practice English communication, information presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication. This aimed to promote essential competencies for 21st-century professional nurses while fostering a positive attitude towards learning English and continuous self-development.
The project was held from July 7-9, 2026, at The Regent Cha-am Beach Resort, Phetchaburi Province. This is another important activity in enhancing the quality of nursing graduates from the College of Nursing and Health, equipping them with English language skills alongside professional skills, and preparing them to become professional nurses capable of performing effectively in national and international healthcare contexts.
