If sick leave
exceeds 30 days, you can claim 50% of
your salary for lost income, not
exceeding 15,000 baht. ❗️But you must
have made contributions for at least 3
months within 15 months before the
illness.
Insured persons under
Section 39
Receive 50% of income loss
compensation based on the contribution
calculation base of 4,800 baht

must contribute for at least 3 months
within 15 months before getting
sick

Receive income loss compensation
according to options 1-2-3 as
follows:

Receive 300 baht/day

certificate to stop for treatment for 3

Receive 200 baht/day
compensation (option 1-2-3)

50 baht compensation, not more than 3

For the
maximum compensation period
Option
1-2 will have a maximum compensation
period of 30 days
Option 3 will have
a maximum compensation period of 90
days
