The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a preparatory program for first-year nursing students to enhance learning skills and teamwork.

The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the "Preparing First-Year Nursing Students for Effective Learning and Collaboration" project from August 2-4, 2026, at I-Thara Resort & Spa, Phetchaburi Province. The project aimed to help first-year students adapt to higher education, enhance communication and collaboration skills, and develop positive relationships with their peers—important foundations for their studies and future nursing careers.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Rangsan Maraphen, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs. Dr. Nuengrutai Pothisri, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, reported on the project's objectives before handing over the activities to the facilitators, Mr. Udom Wonghom and his team, who conducted practical workshops focused on developing students' potential through various activities such as "Paradigm Shifting." Activities included: "Relationship Development," "Group Dynamics," "Open Mind!", "Work-Related Mindset," "Principles of Teamwork," "Team Building," "Teamwork Rally," "Learning Point Summary," and "The Journey of the Heart ♡."
In addition, there were creative and relationship-building activities in the evening, presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health, which provided students with opportunities to showcase their potential, creativity, and learn to live together happily in the university community, as well as strengthen unity, responsibility, and leadership through participatory learning processes.
This project reflects the commitment of the College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to developing students to be well-rounded in academics, personality, teamwork skills, and the attributes of quality nursing graduates, ready to become nursing personnel with knowledge, abilities, and a service-oriented mindset for society.
