The College of Nursing and Health participated in the Wai Kru and Bai Sri Su Khwan (traditional Thai blessing ceremony) for the academic year 2026, continuing Thai traditions and bringing good fortune to students.

The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health, along with the executive committee, faculty, staff, and students, participated in the Wai Kru and Bai Sri Su Khwan ceremony for the academic year 2026 on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Benjasiladon Auditorium, 2nd floor, Srisunanta Building. This ceremony expressed gratitude to the faculty, continued the beautiful Thai tradition, and boosted student morale for the start of the new academic year.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Pimpong Thongmuang, Vice Rector of the Samut Songkhram Campus, presided over the ceremony, giving advice and blessings to the students. The traditional activities included a teacher appreciation performance, the recitation of teacher appreciation vows and pledges, the presentation of offerings to teachers, and the Bai Sri Su Khwan ceremony led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimpong Thongmuang. Dr. Narin Kakathum, Ph.D., concluded the event with a wrist-tying ceremony for good fortune.

Participation in this event reflects the promotion of morality, ethics, and the preservation of Thai culture, coupled with the creation of good relationships between administrators, faculty, and students—a crucial foundation for developing students into graduates of quality and moral character.
