The College of
Nursing and Health Sciences organized
the project “NCDs Care ♡ South
Cement Factory Community: Caring for
Your
Health”.
On
August 26, 2026, the College of Nursing
and Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, in collaboration
with Public Health Service Center 25,
Huai Khwang, Bangkok Metropolitan
Administration, led by Assistant
Professor Dr. Lakwirun Chotisiri,
conducted the project “NCDs Care ♡
South Cement Factory Community: Caring
for Your Health” at the preschool
center in the North/South Cement Factory
Community, Huai Khwang District Office,
Bangkok.
The project aimed to promote
knowledge and understanding of
non-communicable diseases (NCDs), their
complications, and self-care among
community members. Activities were
conducted through three learning
stations: NCDs Care Knowledge Sharing,
NCDs Care Self-Care, and NCDs Care
Talking About Medication for Good
Health.
These activities helped to
raise awareness of NCDs prevention and
control, encouraging people to apply the
knowledge to their health care and
modify their daily behaviors for
sustainable quality of life.
