Fourth-year nursing
students, in collaboration with Health
Service Center 4 (Din Daeng), conducted
health screenings and provided dengue
fever
education.
On
August 24, 2026, fourth-year nursing
students from the College of Nursing and
Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, under the supervision of
Assistant Professor Nonglak Kaewthong,
collaborated with Health Service Center
4 (Din Daeng) to conduct health
screenings and provide health education
on dengue fever prevention to fourth and
fifth-grade students at Wichuthit School
in Din Daeng District, Bangkok.
The
activity aimed to promote students'
knowledge and understanding of dengue
fever, raise awareness of prevention and
elimination of mosquito breeding
grounds, and promote health care and
participation in disease prevention in
schools and communities.
This field
trip also provided nursing students with
the opportunity to apply their knowledge
and skills in health promotion and
disease prevention from the classroom to
practical situations, while learning to
work systematically with public health
personnel and the community.
