College of Nursing and Health Participates in “SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026” and Receives the Challenger Award

On September 22, 2026, the College of Nursing and Health (CNH), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), participated in the “SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026” activity as part of the initiative to identify good practices among the university’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) for the fiscal year 2026. The event was held at Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was also conducted online via Google Meet.

On this occasion, Dr. Araya Thipwong, Deputy Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance, represented the College of Nursing and Health in presenting a project under Group 2, entitled “CNH_SSRU: Leaders in Developing Professional Nurses — The Key Role of Clinical Instructors.”

The presentation highlighted a good practice developed through knowledge sharing, collaborative learning, knowledge development, and the application of knowledge to actual work practices. The initiative aims to enhance the clinical supervision process and support nursing students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to become professional nurses.

The College of Nursing and Health was honored with the “Challenger Award” at SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026. This achievement represents another source of pride for the College and reflects its continued commitment to improving work processes through knowledge management, knowledge sharing, and the continuous development of good practices.

The activity provided an opportunity for Communities of Practice (CoPs) from various university units to present their projects and good practices, share experiences, expand their knowledge, and apply what they learned to their work. These collaborative efforts contribute to driving the university’s development in a systematic and sustainable manner.

Receiving this award reflects the College of Nursing and Health’s potential to use knowledge management as an important mechanism for organizational development. It also aligns with the College’s vision of becoming a “Leader in Developing Professional Nurses for Sustainable Social Development.”
