College of Nursing and Health Organizes Breast Self-Examination Demonstration to Promote Health Knowledge Among Students

On September 23, 2026, the College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a Breast Self-Examination Demonstration and Health Education Activity led by student members of the Tan Rak Club. The activity was held on the 1st floor of the Student Development Division Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The activity aimed to promote students’ knowledge and understanding of proper breast health care, as well as to provide them with practical knowledge on how to perform breast self-examinations correctly and regularly. This enables students to recognize potential abnormalities at an early stage and take appropriate care of their own health.

In addition, the activity encouraged students to apply the knowledge and skills they gained in their daily lives and share information about breast health care and breast self-examination with people around them. This initiative contributes to raising health awareness and promoting sustainable preventive healthcare practices.
