The Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the opening of the “Sunantha Joins Hands to Prevent Breast Cancer” project at Benchasiladon Hall, Samut Songkhram Campus.
On October 4, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the opening of the “Sunantha Joins Hands to Prevent Breast Cancer” project, which is a training project to provide knowledge about breast cancer to first-year students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
Assistant Professor Dr. Kanit Ngowsiri gave a report on the objectives of organizing the project, which is an activity to disseminate knowledge about breast cancer and breast self-examination to personnel and students in the university continuously since the academic year 2022 onwards. She also introduced the advisors of the Than Rak Club, namely Assistant Professor Dr. Phirada Damaphong, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs. College of Allied Health Sciences and Ms. Dusnee Boonpitaksakul, Lecturer of Community Health Nursing, College of Nursing and Health
This project was organized by the committee of the Thanyarak Club, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. In the academic year 2024, the Thanyarak Club has implemented the project to continue and expand the mission to conquer breasts by creating leaders of the Thanyarak Club, including student leaders of the Thanyarak Club, College of Allied Health Sciences, student leaders of the Thanyarak Club, College of Nursing and Health.
In addition, the event also included activities to disseminate knowledge about breast cancer and breast self-examination to all first-year students in every faculty/college of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
The event was held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Benchasiladon Auditorium (500-seat auditorium), Srisunant Building, 2nd floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Samut Songkhram Campus
