Development of a curriculum for health professional education leaders

The curriculum of the project to develop the production of health personnel that is consistent with the health service system and meets the current health needs of the public by developing mechanisms and processes for participation in all sectors, especially professional councils, educational institutions and graduates, to support the creation and management of knowledge through the development of teachers and the reform of educational institutions, the creation of capacity, and networks of cooperation between professions and between institutions both at the national and international levels in the development of education for health personnel, which is an important mechanism for driving the health system. In 2023, a study was conducted on the effectiveness of the guidelines and the synthesis of policy proposals for the curriculum for the development of health professional education leaders. Guidelines and curricula for the development of health professional education leaders were developed, and a “Curriculum Manual for the Development of a Curriculum for Health Professional Education Leaders” was developed. In this learning manual, qualified lecturers brainstormed to develop a curriculum of all 6 modules for the development of health leaders, which will be useful for lecturers to use in developing curricula and organizing teaching in their own professions.
