College of Nursing and Health Suan Sunanda Rajabhat University Implemented the Integrated Healthcare Enhancement Project to Enhance the Well-being of the Elderly in the Community at the Bang Nang Li Sub-district Administrative Organization, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province from December 2023 to February 2024 to the people of Moo 1-5, Bang Nang Li Sub-district. Thai tradition and local wisdom with the 4 A's: exercise, The objective is to enhance the well-being of the elderly in the community.

On March 9 – April 6, 2024, representatives of those who attended the training together formed the Bang Nang Li Sub-district Wellness Group. The exercise knowledge gained from the project was transferred to the 5 villages to create a good mood and health of the people. This activity is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Goal 3: Health and Well-being.
