His Majesty the King Ramathibodi Srisin Maha Vajiralongkorn, King Vachirakula, with Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon. The President of Suan Sunanda Rajabhat University presided over the opening of the project at Suan Sunanda Rajabhat University, Bangkok .
