The College of
Nursing and Health organized the
“Good Health through 3A-2S”
project to promote well-being among
residents of the Phasuk
community.
On
October 20, 2026, the College of Nursing
and Health at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, led by lecturer Nonglak
Kaewthong, collaborated with the Phasuk
community and Public Health Service
Center 4 (Din Daeng) to host the
“Good Health through 3A-2S”
project. This initiative, part of the
Community Health Nursing practicum
course, aimed to enhance knowledge,
understanding, and awareness regarding
personal health care among community
members.
The activities focused on
promoting healthy behaviors based on the
“3A-2S” framework: *Ahan*
(healthy diet), *Ok-kamlang-kai*
(regular exercise), *Arom* (emotional
well-being), *Mai-sub-buri* (abstaining
from smoking), and *Mai-duem-sura*
(abstaining from alcohol consumption).
Nursing students applied their expertise
in community health nursing to
facilitate these health-promotion
activities, fostering active engagement
among students, public health personnel,
and local residents.
This project
served as a form of experiential
learning, enabling nursing students to
develop essential skills in health
promotion, community engagement, and
collaboration with health networks.
Furthermore, it empowered community
members to apply the knowledge gained
toward managing their own health and
that of their families, ultimately
contributing to a better and more
sustainable quality of life.
