College of Nursing and Health Enhances Fourth-Year Nursing Students’ Potential Through Presentations on Leadership and Issues in Nursing Professional Development
The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Tassanee Attharos, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health, together with Assistant Professor Kanjana Siricharoenwong, Associate Dean for Administration, and faculty members, supported the teaching and learning activities for the course Leadership and Issues in Nursing Professional Development (NRS4213) for fourth-year nursing students.
The course presentations aim to enhance students’ leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and academic presentation skills. The activities also provide opportunities for students to exchange ideas and discuss significant issues and approaches to advancing the nursing profession. These experiences help prepare students to become competent, responsible, and adaptable professional nurses who can respond effectively to future changes in the healthcare system.
This initiative reflects the College of Nursing and Health’s strong commitment to developing students’ knowledge, competencies, and professional leadership skills. It also aligns with the College’s vision of becoming a “Leader in Developing Professional Nurses for Sustainable Social Development.”
