
The College of Nursing and Health organized an academic training session on the topics of "Early Childhood Development Center Standards: A Child-Friendly Environment" and "Organizing Activities for Children to Interact with Society" as part of the "Early Childhood Teacher/Caregiver Potential Development, Batch 2" project.

On November 15,
2015, the College of Nursing and Health,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University,
organized the "Early Childhood
Teacher/Caregiver Potential Development,
Batch 2" project at the Coco View
Hotel in Samut Songkhram Province. The
objective was to promote knowledge,
understanding, and skills in creating an
environment conducive to learning and
the development of young children.
In
the morning, a lecture was held on
"Early Childhood Development Center
Standards: A Child-Friendly
Environment."
Dr. Theerachai
Bunyaleephan, Deputy Director of the
Office of Health Promotion
(Administration), a specialist in child
development, shared his knowledge about
the key standards of early childhood
development centers: a child-friendly
environment, as well as guidelines for
creating an environment that promotes
physical, emotional, social, and
intellectual development.
In the
afternoon, a lecture was held on
"Early Childhood Development Center
Standards: A Child-Friendly
Environment." "Organizing
Activities to Encourage Children to
Interact with Society"
by expert
speakers, including Ms. Silada
Rangsikraphum, Manager of the Foundation
for Slum Child Development, Ms. Ladda
Thongsaengkaew, Head of Ban Suea Yai,
and a team of speakers. They presented
approaches to organizing activities that
promote social skills in children,
enabling them to communicate, express
themselves, and learn to live
appropriately with others. Recreational
activities were also provided, allowing
participants to express their opinions
and create toys from things around them
to promote child development.
This
training aimed to comprehensively
enhance the potential of early childhood
practitioners and further demonstrate
the College of Nursing and Health's
commitment to promoting high-quality
early childhood education to meet
standards and maximize benefits for
children and the community.
