
The College of Nursing and Health, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a workshop on "Developing Training Roadmaps (TRM) and Tools for Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs)"

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The
aim was to develop the capabilities of
personnel to align with the
organization's human resource
management direction and adapt to
changes in the modern global
context.
The project was held under
the policy of driving the organization
towards becoming a High Performance
Organization, focusing on systematic
human capital development by linking
personnel competencies with the creation
of training roadmaps and individual
development plans (IDPs). This covered
personnel from all departments, both
academic and support staff, to enhance
work motivation, improve work
efficiency, and prepare for sustainable
career advancement.
Associate
Professor Dr. Nonthawat Sukphol served
as the keynote speaker, imparting
knowledge on the Learning Ecosystem and
modern human resource development
strategies, coupled with practical
workshops on developing Training
Roadmaps and designing competency-based
curriculum development. The project
included the development of non-training
tools, with participation from
administrators, faculty, and staff of
the college. Assistant Professor Dr.
Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of
Nursing and Health, presided over the
opening and closing ceremonies.
The
project aimed to provide the College of
Nursing and Health with a clear and
tangible Training Roadmap and Individual
Development Plans (IDPs). These can be
used as key tools for managing and
developing human resources, creating
professional personnel with appropriate
knowledge, skills, and competencies,
ultimately leading to improved
educational quality and efficient
organizational management.
