from January 22-24, 2026, at the Mujalinda Meeting Room, Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The aim was to develop the capabilities of personnel to align with the organization's human resource management direction and adapt to changes in the modern global context.
The project was held under the policy of driving the organization towards becoming a High Performance Organization, focusing on systematic human capital development by linking personnel competencies with the creation of training roadmaps and individual development plans (IDPs). This covered personnel from all departments, both academic and support staff, to enhance work motivation, improve work efficiency, and prepare for sustainable career advancement.
Associate Professor Dr. Nonthawat Sukphol served as the keynote speaker, imparting knowledge on the Learning Ecosystem and modern human resource development strategies, coupled with practical workshops on developing Training Roadmaps and designing competency-based curriculum development. The project included the development of non-training tools, with participation from administrators, faculty, and staff of the college. Assistant Professor Dr. Tasanee Attharas, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health, presided over the opening and closing ceremonies.
The project aimed to provide the College of Nursing and Health with a clear and tangible Training Roadmap and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). These can be used as key tools for managing and developing human resources, creating professional personnel with appropriate knowledge, skills, and competencies, ultimately leading to improved educational quality and efficient organizational management.
