"Road to Digital University: The
Role of Champions in Driving the
Organization," delivered by
Professor Dr. Suchada Sukharong,
Director of the Institute of Integrated
Innovation, Chulalongkorn University,
who shared her ideas and experiences in
developing an organization towards
becoming a digital
university.
The afternoon session
focused on "Organization
Transformation," aiming to foster
understanding of the new organizational
structure and goals. Dr. Ronnakorn
Waiyawut, Deputy Director of the
Institute of Integrated Innovation,
Chulalongkorn University, served as the
speaker.
The project aims to
develop the potential of personnel by
equipping them with digital knowledge,
abilities, and skills, enabling them to
become a key force in driving the
university towards becoming an efficient
and sustainable digital
organization.
