- Those who attend the seminar and complete the assessment will receive a certificate to count as 4
public mental hours.- The Fund will send  the seminar link  to the registered email 1 day before the seminar date
.- Registration is limited to 1,000 people/time
.- Students who borrow money from the fund can attend the webinar  only 1 time/academic year.
