Announcement from the Student Loan Fund

Students who have taken out student loans and wish to continue borrowing in semester 2/2023 are requested to do so. as follows

Documents to be submitted

1. 1 copy of student ID card (signed true copy)

2. Semester 2/2023 loan drawdown form 2 sets Documents must have a bar code and a clear watermark, either color or black and white. Use A4 size paper only (tuition fee must be filled in according to the invoice that must be actually paid, but must not exceed the loan limit provided by the Attorney General)

3. 2 copies of borrower's ID card (signed true copy)

4. 2 copies of ID card of legal representative (with or without legal representative to see from the loan withdrawal form) (signed true copy)

5. Invoice for Semester 2/2023 ( 1 copy signed successfully) Print from the registration and measurement website (only borrow for living expenses is not required)

6. Enrollment Report Form for Semester 2/2023 ( 1 copy signed successfully) Print from the registration and measurement website (only borrow for living expenses required)

7. 2 copies of document for name change/surname change (in case of change of surname) (signed true copy)

Delivery period: December 6 - 8 , 2023 and December 12 - 19 , 2023 (Monday - Friday, except public holidays, no document delivery)

 9.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
