Monk's Style (Cardiovascular Edition)

???? The monk's physical service to make the body strong in 3 aspects:

1️⃣ Strengthens cardiovascular endurance

2️⃣ Builds muscle strength and durability

3️⃣ Creates muscle and joint flexibility

???? Before starting to exercise your body, let's understand the 3  aspects of strength. Today, the Department of Health presented the first topic on

❝ Strengthening the endurance of the cardiovascular system ❞

???? The benefits of this type of physical exercise are:

✨ Stronger heart muscles

✨ Decreased resting pulse rate, as well as slower pulse rate during physical exercise.

✨ Increasing the amount of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

✨ Reduces fat in the blood vessels.

✨ Increases resting cardiac performance

✨ Control chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease. Hyperlipidemia, etc.

✨ It helps the systems of various bodies to function normally, such as the excretory system, respiratory system, etc.

If the daily routine requires less effort to work , ?️ you can exercise the body to build the endurance of the cardiovascular system. You can do this in your free time as follows:

???? Starting position: Stand facing the stairs. If you are an elderly monk, you should hold on to the railing of the stairs, a small chair, or a sturdy wooden box.

???? Posture: Then step with your right foot up the stairs or wooden box, followed by the left foot. After that, retreat with the left foot and then the right foot. Continue doing this for  about 10-20 minutes. Keep doing as much time as you can until you feel tired.
