May 7-9, 2018, Chantaburi, Thailand. The annual English Camp for the SSRU College of Nursing and Health was held for the sophomores. This is the first group of the four levels of nursing students for Academic Year 2018-2019. The summer English Camp is a requirement of the course which must be attended by all the nursing students in four consecutive school years. The camp which is free for the students, is regularly headed by the very hard working Dean of the college, Dr. Ponpun Vorasiha, and is being done in four different venues outside of Bangkok for each level. The main aim of this activity is to expose the students and to have them experienced the outside-the-campus activity using the English Language in a casual and day-to-day basis so as to prepare them more in the use of the language for their future career, and to help them develop their confidence and personality as a whole. The camp was also attended by the Associate Deans and some selected faculty members and staff of the College of Nursing and Health and was facilitated by foreign teachers.
